Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, creativity, and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Make the most of the nursery's exceptional facilities, including the art studio, activity areas, and outdoor spaces, to create exciting learning opportunities.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through play-based learning.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
