Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging play-based activities that support every child's individual development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their learning journeys.
  • Make full use of the nursery's bright learning environments, soft play area, and extensive outdoor spaces to create exciting learning opportunities.
  • Support children as they develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment at all times.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
