What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager
  • Previous experience managing larger care or nursing homes
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders
