As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting the team, maintaining excellent standards, and helping children achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Ensuring high standards are maintained in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Previous senior experience within a nursery setting - essential
- Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager, Third in Charge, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A child-centred approach with a passion for supporting development and school readiness
- Ability to motivate and support a team to maintain high standards
