Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch.
- Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve.
- Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field-based care staff.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners.
- Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets.
