Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch.
  • Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve.
  • Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field-based care staff.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes.
  • Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners.
  • Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets.
