Children move confidently between bright, age‑specific playrooms and a large outdoor space where they can enjoy many adventures and opportunities to learn. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work directly with children, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create a positive and engaging environment across the setting.

Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and development through play‑based activities
- Follow the EYFS framework to plan and deliver engaging experiences
- Complete observations and contribute to learning journeys
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- A positive, nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compensation and Working Conditions
- Salary: Up to £29,400 per year
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Setting: Private day nursery
