Nursery Area Manager | Up to £55,000 | 40 Hours per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Area Manager – or a strong Nursery Manager ready for progression – to lead two beautiful, family-owned nurseries where warmth, care, and community are at the heart of everything they do. Each setting is home-from-home in feel, with passionate teams who truly love what they do. As Nursery Area Manager, you\’ll play an important role in supporting and inspiring those teams, ensuring every child receives exceptional early years education and care. In this multi-site leadership role, you\’ll oversee the smooth operation, quality standards, and ongoing development of two nurseries. You\’ll be given autonomy and trust to make an impact – whether that\’s mentoring managers, embedding best practice, or driving continuous improvement across your settings.

• Lead, mentor, and support Nursery Managers to achieve excellence in childcare and education.
• Ensure both nurseries meet and exceed Ofsted and EYFS standards.
• Oversee operational efficiency, budgets, staffing, and compliance across settings.
• Build positive relationships with parents, teams, and local communities.
• Champion a culture of care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training and development opportunities to empower your teams.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Nursery Area Manager or strong Nursery Manager with multi-room or large-setting leadership.
• Excellent understanding of Ofsted and EYFS frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for creating nurturing, high-quality environments where children thrive.
