Willing care in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Room Leader to oversee the Pre-School/Toddler Room in a Montessori-inspired setting that blends Montessori methods with the EYFS framework.

You will lead and support practitioners, plan developmentally appropriate activities, observe progress and ensure safeguarding and high standards of care.

Montessori training or qualification is desirable, with regular training and career development opportunities within Early Years.
