Responsibilities
- Lead the nursery's day-to-day operation, ensuring safe and consistent practice
- Prepare for, manage, and respond to Ofsted inspections
- Maintain strong EYFS delivery through coaching and oversight of educators
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels, rotas, and team development
- Identify areas for improvement and implement practical, achievable solutions
- Promote inclusive practice that meets the individual needs of every child
- Develop and enhance learning environments or curriculum where appropriate
Qualifications
- Current or recent experience as a Nursery Manager
- Confident leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Manager
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
- Ability to lead teams, manage standards, and maintain compliance
