  • Identify areas for improvement and implement practical, achievable solutions

Qualifications

  • Current or recent experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Confident leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance
  • Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
  • Proven experience working as a Nursery Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
  • Ability to lead teams, manage standards, and maintain compliance
