The nursery provides care and early years education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, organised across carefully planned, age-specific rooms. Day-to-day work focuses on purposeful play, and supporting children's development at their own pace, using both indoor and outdoor environments. Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality care and learning within your assigned room
  • Support children's development through play, routine, and planned activities
  • Follow EYFS requirements, safeguarding procedures, and nursery policies
  • Observe, record, and contribute to assessments of children's progress
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organised learning environments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required
  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential
