Leading the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room with warmth, consistency, and confidence.
Planning and delivering rich, age-appropriate activities that blend adult-led learning with child-initiated play.
Supporting the emotional security and development of babies and young toddlers through strong key person relationships.
Observing and documenting children's learning and development, sharing progress meaningfully with families.
Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive and consistent role model.
Contributing to the wider nursery team and upholding the setting's high standards of practice.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Previous Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience within a nursery setting
- A deep understanding of EYFS and the specific developmental needs of the youngest children
- Naturally warm, patient, and nurturing with a genuine love for this age group
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
