Our client, a well‑established specialist nursing home with a Good CQC rating, is looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their thriving team. This role requires current or recent Registered Home Manager experience in a nursing/care home setting.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operation of the service as Registered Manager
- Maintain CQC compliance and oversee inspections, audits, and quality improvement
- Manage and develop the senior team, creating clear accountability and standards
- Ensure care delivery aligns with PBS approaches and person-centred practice
- Oversee staffing, budgets and resources to maintain safe and effective care
- Build professional relationships with families, commissioners and external partners
- Registered Home Manager experience in a nursing/care home setting
- Nursing qualification or Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Valid NMC PIN or equivalent leadership qualification
- Strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspection readiness
- Strong track record with CQC compliance and inspection outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Positive Behaviour Support and experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
- Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum, dependent on experience
