As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important leadership role during night shifts, supporting the care team, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care throughout the night.,
- Lead and support the care team during night shifts
- Deliver high-quality care tailored to residents' individual needs
- Administer and record medication safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes

- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or supervisory role within a residential care setting
- Experience administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred support
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts
