We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Care (RGN) to join our client’s team at their specialist rehabilitation service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proactive leader, committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for both residents and team members., * Registered General Nurse (RGN) Qualification: With a valid and clear UK NMC Pin.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, such as a Ward Manager or managing a large team.

  • Mentorship Qualification: Possess a mentorship qualification, with the ability to guide and develop staff.

  • Specialised Experience: Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions is desirable.
