Willing care is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager, lead the team on the floor, and sustain the warm, nurturing culture at the heart of the nursery.
You will oversee EYFS delivery, utilise the outdoor space to enrich learning, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families.
Deputising for the Nursery Manager when needed, you’ll help maintain a safe, happy environment for children.
