Job Description Director of Clinical Services (RMN/RNLD) Salary: From £50,000 Our client, a leading mental health hospital specializing in the rehabilitation of adults with mental health conditions, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join their dynamic leadership team. This senior role presents the chance to lead and shape clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will have oversight of all clinical operations, including nursing and therapy services, playing a critical role in the strategic development and delivery of the hospital’s objectives. Essential Qualifications & Experience: NMC Registration: A nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with a valid UK NMC PIN. A forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential. Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing clinical budgets and resources effectively.
