Seeking an experienced and driven Regional Nursing Home Manager to support a group of nursing homes across the Staffordshire and Cheshire area and play a key role in shaping the quality and consistency of care across the region.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of the strategy plans and driving quality and consistency across all homes
- Leading the rollout and ongoing management of new systems
- Providing visible, hands‑on leadership across the region – supervising, developing, and supporting home‑based teams
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, and training compliance across the region, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting homes with HR matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes as required
- Ensuring residents’ needs are regularly reviewed, assessed, and met through person‑centred care planning and multi‑professional working
- Maintaining Health and Safety compliance across the region, including risk assessments, fire records, and COSHH requirements
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current, valid NMC PIN – essential
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar regional/area management role – essential
- Strong background in older adult care – essential
- A confident, organised leader with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and Health and Safety legislation
- Full driving licence – essential for this regional role
- Excellent communication, people management, and problem‑solving skills
