Our client, a modern and welcoming nursery with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. As the Nursery Room Leader, you will take the lead in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing space where children can learn, play, and grow. This is an opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on practice, inspiring both your team and the children in your care.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team within your designated room to deliver high-quality early years education.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
