Our client, a high-quality provider of children's residential care, is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a children’s home offering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional ready to drive positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level in Health and Social Care or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Willing and eligible to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting (within the past 5 years)
- At least 1 year’s experience leading a care team (e.g. as Deputy or Home Manager)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and safer recruitment
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence
