Our client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their warm, welcoming care homes. If you’re a nurse-qualified professional (RGN or RMN) with a strong background in care home management and a passion for delivering excellence, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a home that puts residents at the heart of everything. Working with a supportive team, you’ll foster a positive, person-centred culture while maintaining high standards of clinical care, governance, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience managing a nursing home for older adults – Minimum 3 years
- Demonstrated success in CQC inspections with a track record of good or outstanding ratings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- A values-driven, empathetic approach to care
- A strong understanding of current legislation and best practices in adult social care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the nursing and care team
