Our client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their warm, welcoming care homes. As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a home that puts residents at the heart of everything. Working with a supportive team, you’ll foster a positive, person-centred culture while maintaining high standards of clinical care, governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
  • Proven experience managing a nursing home for older adults – Minimum 3 years
  • Demonstrated success in CQC inspections with a track record of good or outstanding ratings
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • A strong understanding of current legislation and best practices in adult social care

Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the nursing and care team. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain (or improve to) a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ rating. Oversee all clinical governance and care planning processes.
