We are working with a fast-growing luxury retail start-up that is redefining how customers engage with high-end fashion and lifestyle brands. They are looking for a Senior Insights Engineer to help build a world-class data infrastructure that powers smarter decision-making and business growth.
The Role
As a Senior Insights Engineer, you will play a key role in developing scalable data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and BI solutions that will drive strategic insights. You’ll work closely with the founding team, product teams, and data scientists to extract valuable insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an agile, high-growth environment where your expertise will directly shape the company’s data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise end-to-end data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
- Design and implement BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work with data from e-commerce, CRM, marketing, and supply chain platforms to create a unified, high-quality data infrastructure.
- Provide data-driven insights to founders, product teams, and marketing to optimise customer engagement and business strategy.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and automation to maintain a scalable and reliable data ecosystem.
- Research and implement new data tools and AI-driven analytics solutions to drive innovation.
