We're looking for a caring and energetic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A nurturing and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and supporting engaging learning experiences and activities
- Encouraging children's curiosity, independence, and confidence
- Making full use of the outdoor learning environment to enhance development
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing and monitoring children's progress and development
- Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
