What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant
• avious experience as a
• Senior Nursery Practitioner, or an experienced
• Nursery Practitioner ready to progress.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and school readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A positive and supportive approach to mentoring colleagues.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Room, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
• Inspire and support your team, promoting high-quality early years practice.
• Plan engaging activities that prepare children for their transition to school while encouraging creativity, confidence, and independence.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Make full use of the nursery's spacious indoor environments and all-weather outdoor gardens to deliver exciting learning opportunities throughout the year.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
• Work closely with the wider management team to continuously enhance the quality of the nursery.
