What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Room Leader.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations confidently.
- Additional training in leadership, SEND, or safeguarding.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Support staff development and daily operational decisions.
