Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall management and leadership of the nursery
- Oversee practice within baby, toddler, and pre-school rooms
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are consistently maintained
- Lead staff development, coaching, and performance support
- Assist with observations, planning, and quality improvement processes
- Support occupancy, admissions, and parent engagement
- Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are met at all times
- Promote positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Step into the Nursery Manager role when required
