The home is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager who can provide confident, visible leadership while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and highly individualised care.
Ideally, you will be a nurse-qualified Registered Manager, although applications are also welcomed from experienced Registered Managers who hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. You will need proven experience as a registered care home manager, along with a strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. You should be confident leading and developing a team while maintaining high standards of care, compliance and person-centred practice.

Leading Specialist Care
- Provide visible and supportive leadership across the service.
- Maintain and build upon the home's Good CQC rating.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred nursing and dementia care.
- Support the team to understand and respond appropriately to behaviours that challenge, ensuring care remains compassionate, consistent and individualised.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance.
- Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, medication management and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, develop and retain a skilled and motivated team.
- Coach and support senior staff to strengthen leadership throughout the home.
- Monitor quality and performance, implementing improvement plans where required.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels and resources effectively.
- Support occupancy and the overall commercial performance of the service.
