What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a

Nursery Manager is essential.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding practice.
• Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
• Create a positive, supportive culture where children, families, and staff feel valued.
• Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervisions, and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure the continued success of the nursery.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and prepare the nursery for future Ofsted inspections.
