This nursery provides dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, with each space designed around the different stages of Early Years development. Children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow at their own pace, with a strong emphasis on developing curiosity, confidence and independence through meaningful everyday experiences.
We’re looking for an established Nursery Manager with at least three years’ management experience who can bring strong Early Years knowledge alongside the operational and financial skills needed to successfully lead a nursery.
What We’re Looking For
- A
- Level 5 childcare/Early Years qualification or above
- A minimum of
- 3 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
- Strong knowledge of the
- EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing a nursery team
- Confidence managing
- budgets and the financial performance of a setting
- Experience overseeing staffing, occupancy and day-to-day nursery operations
- A passion for creating environments that encourage curiosity, independence and individual development

Leading the Nursery
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting
- Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team
- Maintain consistently high standards of Early Years care and education
- Ensure the EYFS is embedded effectively across the baby, toddler and pre-school rooms
- Oversee budgets, staffing and nursery resources
- Manage occupancy and support the ongoing success of the setting
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety
- Support continuous improvement across all areas of the nursery
- Ensure learning environments evolve around children's interests and developmental needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and families
