We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to the team while providing the warm, consistent care children need to feel secure and confident.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Confidence planning engaging experiences around children's interests and developmental needs.
- Outdoor, creative and child-led learning.
- Ability to observe children's development and identify meaningful next steps.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic and dependable approach to Early Years practice.

Bringing the Day to Life
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Plan engaging experiences that encourage children to explore, experiment and use their imagination.
- Support children's confidence, independence and emotional development.
- Follow children's interests and adapt activities to their individual stages of development.
- Act as a Key Person, building secure relationships with children and positive partnerships with families.
- Observe and assess children's development and plan appropriate next steps.
- Support children's individual routines and wellbeing throughout the nursery day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a fun, welcoming and stimulating environment.
- Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
