What You’ll Need
Current
NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
Proven
experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager
Strong knowledge of dementia care, clinical governance, and regulation
Confidence managing staff, budgets, and service performance
Ability to meet registered manager accountability requirements
Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services
Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness
What You’ll Do
Lead the overall operation of the nursing home, ensuring safe and effective care
Maintain compliance with CQC, NMC, and safeguarding requirements
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
Oversee staffing, rotas, and performance management
Monitor quality, audits, and continuous improvement plans
Build professional relationships with families and external professionals
