Operations Manager – Children’s Residential Care North West | £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus We\’re supporting a high-quality provider of children\’s residential care in their search for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role alongside the Registered Manager (RM) and Responsible Individual (RI). As an integral part of the leadership team, you\’ll oversee multiple homes, ensuring standards of care are consistently high, and that each setting remains compliant, therapeutic, and child-focused.
