Nursery Manager Up to £44,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week Strong nursery leadership is about creating the right environment for children to thrive, teams to develop and the setting itself to succeed.
This nursery provides dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, with each space designed around the different stages of Early Years development.
Children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow at their own pace, with a strong emphasis on developing curiosity, confidence and independence through meaningful everyday experiences.
We’re looking for an established Nursery Manager with at least three years’ management experience who can bring strong Early Years knowledge alongside the operational and financial skills needed to successfully lead a nursery.
What We’re Looking For
A Level 5 childcare/Early Years qualification or above A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager

- Ensure the EYFS is embedded effectively across the baby, toddler and pre-school rooms
- Oversee budgets, staffing and nursery resources
- Manage occupancy and support the ongoing success of the setting
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety
- Support continuous improvement across all areas of the nursery
- Ensure learning environments evolve around children's interests and developmental needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and families
