Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a proven track record in clinical leadership? If you are ready to take on a rewarding managerial role, our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Lead to lead clinical operations and deliver exceptional, patient-centred care on one of the units.
In this role you will guide and support the nursing team to maintain the highest standards of care for residents. Your responsibilities will include managing staff rotas, conducting performance appraisals, leading clinical audits, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans — all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
