What We’re Looking For
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with
valid NMC registration.
Completion of
Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to young service users.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
