  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above – essential
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, ideally within a large or busy setting – essential
  • Experience managing multiple settings or working across a nursery group – highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle – essential due to the travel requirements of the role
