As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, leading practice, guiding colleagues, and ensuring consistent EYFS delivery. Before You Apply
This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or a senior Nursery Practitioner with room-level responsibility. Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
- Plan, deliver, and review EYFS activities in line with children’s interests
- Support and guide practitioners working within your room
- Monitor observations, assessments, and record keeping

- Build positive working relationships with parents and carers
- Work closely with senior staff to ensure consistency across the nursery
What You’ll Need
