What You’ll Need
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous experience managing or deputising in a toddler room
Ability to lead a team and maintain consistent practice
Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the toddler room, overseeing daily routines and EYFS delivery
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities
Supervise and support staff within the room, acting as key point of contact
Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and development records
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed
Engage with parents to provide updates on children’s progress
