What We’re Looking For
- NMC Pin and
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification –
- no newly qualified nurses for this role
- Strong clinical background with confidence in autonomous decision-making
- Previous experience working in a nursing home, elderly care setting, or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership approach
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and focused
