As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service. You’ll play a key role in leading the clinical team, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (NMC Pin required).
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse, Deputy Manager, or similar senior nursing role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
