Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) – £23–£25 per hour – 42 hours per week
Be part of a growing, family owned care home provider. Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Lead with a strong commitment to older adult care.
The role is based in a recently refurbished nursing home for older adults and people living with dementia. The home has been updated with new facilities, including a cinema room, bistro, and landscaped outdoor areas.
As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical standards and supporting the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and ongoing professional development.

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Proven experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or senior nurse in a nursing home
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and complex long-term conditions
- Confidence managing clinical audits, safeguarding, and risk assessments
- Ability to work as part of a team and support staff development
What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical care delivery on your unit, ensuring standards are met consistently
- Support the nursing team through coaching, supervision, and clinical oversight
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, audits, and care planning systems
- Manage medication administration, GP rounds, and clinical handovers
- Support safeguarding and risk management processes
- Work closely with the Home Manager to maintain service standards and continuity
