An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager to take the reins of a brand-new residential service for children and young people. What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Residential Care or the willingness to work towards it (must already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing a children’s residential home.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, children’s rights, and residential childcare standards.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties.
  • Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
