We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a nurturing, homely setting that has been thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard. Each room has been carefully designed to support children at different stages of development, creating an engaging and inspiring environment.

What Our Client Is Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above β essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager β essential
- Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality early years care
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement
