We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a nurturing, homely setting that has been thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard. Each room has been carefully designed to support children at different stages of development, creating an engaging and inspiring environment.
Rated Good by Ofsted, the nursery prides itself on delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children to develop the skills, confidence, and curiosity they need for the next stage of their journey. What Our Client Is Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
- Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality early years care
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
