We're looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who already understands the complexities of supporting this client group and can provide confident, consistent leadership from day one. You'll take overall responsibility for the service, ensuring high standards across care quality, safeguarding, compliance and team performance, while creating an environment where the people supported are genuinely at the centre of decisions about their lives.
