A vacancy has arisen within the Finance and IT Team of Williamsburgh Housing Association which is a well-established RSL with an excellent reputation, operating within Renfrewshire.

Responsibilities

  • Posting of invoices following thorough checking of the completion of all internal control processes.
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Monitor and update common electricity supply records, including processing and checking all invoices prior to payment.
  • Posting receipts, refunds and adjustments to the Rent and Factoring Ledgers.
  • Downloading, reconciling and posting of electronic files (e. g., Allpay, Housing Benefit, DWP, UC) via interfaces.

The rates which will be on offer from 6th April 2026 will be

  • Scheme 1: Employee 3% / Employer 6%
  • Scheme 2: Employee 5% / Employer 10%
  • Scheme 3: Employee 8% / Employer 13%
  • Scheme 3 will increase at a 1% incremental rate (for both Employer and employee) on an annual basis until it reaches 10% Employee and 15% Employer contribution rates to April 2028.
