Position: Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisor (Customer Service) Salary: Up to£28,000 per annum DOE Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI + 1 in 4 SATs (Half Day) *ROTA Location: Williams, 13 Standard Way, Fareham, PO16 8XB *ROTA: WED will be the usual rota day off. As an Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll be: Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers via telephone and email. Using your ideas and initiative to rectify complaints and resolve challenges. Taking inbound and outbound calls and managing requests promptly and effectively. Cross selling, soft selling and upselling at every opportunity. Reducing costs through your excellent attention to detail. Problem solving through a solutions-based approach. Processing orders and quotes in a timely manner. Managing e-mails and online orders. Ideally, you are: Familiar with working in a similar Customer Service or Sales environment. A Team player! Keen to support colleagues across multiple departments. Self-motivated and willing to work hard to help achieve team goals. IT Literate with a sound level of general computer skills. Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask. Highly organised and focussed on process and quality.
