Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we\’re looking for a Driver & Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Harlow!
This is a varied and active role which includes: predominantly making deliveries in the local area (60%), and occasionally serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone (20%), and assisting with warehouse duties (20%)!
If you also have previous exposure of working within a plumbing and heating merchants, builders\’ merchants or wholesaler, trade counter, DIY, Hardware, or on the tools in the plumbing and heating trade, we would LOVE to hear from you!
As our Driver & Branch Assistant, you\’ll be:

Predominantly carrying out deliveries in the local area to our customers.

Warehouse maintenance, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.

Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.

Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.

Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.

Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.

Processing quotes.
