Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a talented, highly motivated and inspirational leader to be our next Branch Manager of our team in
Cambridge !
To achieve this, we will provide you with an individualised and comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programme , including: mentoring, leadership coaching, our suite of Williams learning programmes, the support and guidance of your Network Manager and, for the right individual, the opportunity to study for external qualifications in leadership and management .
Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is essential.
As a Branch Manager, you'll be
- Building strong, lasting relationships with trade customers and becoming their go-to partner for plumbing, heating and renewables solutions.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver our promise of Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service.
- Growing the branch through new business development and maximising opportunities with existing customers.
- Taking full responsibility for the success of your branch — from sales and service to safety and standards.
- Leading, motivating and developing your branch team to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Driving sales and performance, ensuring your branch achieves (and exceeds) its targets.
