Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we\'re looking for a talented, highly motivated and inspirational leader to be our next Branch Manager of our team in Chelmsford! To achieve this, we will provide you with an individualised and comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programme , including: mentoring, leadership coaching, our suite of Williams learning programmes, the support and guidance of your Network Manager and, for the right individual, the opportunity to study for external qualifications in leadership and management . Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is preferable. As a Branch Manager, you\'ll be: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver our promise of ‘Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service’. Strengthening and building on existing relationships with customers. Generating new business through face-to-face and online sales. Responsible for the sales performance of the branch. Ideally, you are: An exemplary leader with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others. Skilled in developing others in delivering exceptional customer service. Self-driven, proactive, and constantly seeking to develop yourself. Capable of building strong relationships with your colleagues. An inspiring role model with excellent communication skills.
